7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to carry words that feel right. If the fit or piece isn't what you expected, we offer a transparent 7-day return and exchange window.

1. Eligibility Requirements

• Requests must be filed within 7 calendar days of verified courier doorstep delivery.
• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tag intact in its original packaging.
• Pieces with visible perfume, smoke, wash detergent, or deodorant stains cannot be accepted.

2. Inspection & Refund Processing

Once our warehouse receives the returned item, physical inspection takes 24–48 hours. Upon approval, refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days. We do not make false promises of instantaneous doorstep refunds.

3. Size Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, select “Exchange” on the return portal and choose your replacement size. Once the return is handed to the courier, your replacement order is queued.
